**Please include a cell phone or direct contact telephone number for the contact person in the event we need to call the contact person (e.g. if there are any travel delays due to traffic/weather emergencies while the interpreter is en route.)

Where should we send the invoice?

After we receive your completed request form, a confirmation of receipt will be forwarded to you via email. If you do not receive a confirmation of receipt within 24-48 hours this means WE DID NOT RECEIVE YOUR REQUEST FORM.

Please resubmit and if necessary call our office at 734-665-7295!

A second email will be sent to you once the interpreter has been reserved.

Prior to the date of service, a third email will be sent to you that includes an attachment that summarizes your reservation in detail (date, time, location, language and name of interpreter).
